Peloton App: Your on-demand fitness companion

Centr’s connected equipment and training bring everything together into a complete performance system, including three new hybrid training programs built for Centr equipment. I took a look at Hevy this morning. It’s basically a workout tracking app. There are some pre-programmed routines, or you can create routines with some basic knowledge, but it doesn’t look like it is coaching you.

I have the paid version and I think it’s fairly cheap for what it offers. I love how simple this app makes staying on track. Being able to add the workouts to my calendar and just click right into that day’s workout is a game-changer for me.

I am pretty athletic and have fairly extensive fitness knowledge, but gym motivation never resonated with me. The guided programs on centr totally changed that. One of the best decisions I made to get this program… I ultimately started to see great results and overall improvement in my mobility and flexibility along with strength.
